Nichred, March 1, 1802, that in the first of these districts, there should be a Grammar School the whole year, and a school for female children four months; in the secondfollows: Ward One to be in two sections, of which the first should have one Grammar School, one Middle, and one Primary, and the second, schools equivalent to one female school for the whole year; Ward Two should have one Grammar School, one Middle, and three Primary; Ward Three should have one Grammar School, one Middle, and one Grammar School, one Middle, and one Primary.
